Personalized Voice Dialogue Therapy

“Turning towards yourself is a profound gift you can offer to yourself. The gift that will remain with you for life. The path you choose to walk is entirely yours, and I am here to support you through a one-on-one deepening and transforming process.” -Anastasia

At the heart of my psychotherapy practice is a well-rooted approach known as the Voice Dialogue Method (parts work), pioneered by Hal and Sidra Stones in Northern California during the 1970s, and since then, it has garnered international acclaim. Voice Dialogue Method provides a powerful foundation for our work together. Its non-judgmental approach and universal principles have made it widely accepted across various cultures.

I also incorporate a broader perspective on trauma, similar to Dr. Gabor Matte vision. In my practice, trauma is viewed through a lens that extends beyond the traditional DSM definition, encompassing attachment and relationship trauma. This inclusive approach recognizes experiences like emotional neglect as traumatic, resulting in the fragmentation of our selves. As we work through these traumas, we pave the way for achieving secure and meaningful relationships with ourselves and others, discovering our authentic voice in the world, and ultimately, living a more fulfilling and truthful life.

Through the therapeutic process, our goal is to uncover your transformative potential, aiding you in navigating difficult relationships, healing past attachment wounds, and fostering a healthier relationship with your emotions. Moreover, we'll equip you to navigate challenging life situations and life transitions with grace, reducing inner conflicts and enhancing your overall life satisfaction.
